General Paediatrics Teaching Fellowship

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Paediatrics Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team in this exciting opportunity. The successful applicant will provide general paediatric cover on the Tier 2 rota, working on paediatric inpatient wards, outpatients, and supporting our paediatric emergency department.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in medical education, quality improvement, and project work, as well as those interested in pursuing further postgraduate qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical expertise in general paediatrics, including inpatient and outpatient care
  2. Develop and implement educational programmes for junior doctors and other healthcare professionals
  3. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in project work related to IT system roll out and service development
