About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment that meets the needs of our diverse customer base. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service, handle customer inquiries, and process transactions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries, and requests.
  • Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
  • Passionately provide excellent customer service.
  • Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
  • Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.

Requirements:

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills.
  • You are flexible to start a shift early or finish late.
  • You have a positive approach to changing priorities.
  • You drive and passion to work hard and make your store a success.
  • You have a smile on your face and a friendly manner to inspire your team and help our customers.
