Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless rollout of parts and products into production;
- Ensuring safety, quality, production, and cost standards are met;
- Implementing primary area change notes, including setting standard times and routings;
- Managing opportunities to reduce waste within processes and continuous improvement;
- Working closely with the primary team to sustain and improve processes and controls in existing production lines.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent;
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques;
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, and Quality Control Techniques;
- Knowledge of CAD systems (Siemens NX preferred);
- Versatile and self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
