Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team and drive manufacturing excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our manufacturing systems and processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and presenting findings to senior leaders;
  • Managing projects to implement process improvements and reporting on progress and results;
  • Utilizing data analytics software to track production performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and eliminate waste;
  • Developing and implementing KPIs to measure process performance and drive continuous improvement;
  • Evaluating workstations and layouts for ergonomic improvements and implementing recommended changes;
  • Implementing material storage and presentation methods to improve assembly line efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required, Industrial Engineering preferred;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical tools;
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma principles;
  • Experience with CAD software, SAP, and Oracle systems preferred;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with minimal supervision.
