The Solution Auto is committed to providing top-notch services to our clients. We're looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Vehicle Management Specialist in our London office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming vehicles, documenting their specifications, and coordinating returns with vendors when necessary. They'll also pursue V5 documentation and service history from suppliers, create eye-catching advertisements for vehicles, and provide general administrative support in the office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Vehicle Inspection and Documentation: Inspect incoming vehicles, document their specifications, and organize necessary paperwork.
  2. Vendor Coordination: Report any vehicle faults and coordinate returns with vendors.
  3. Supplier Communication: Pursue V5 documentation and service history from suppliers.
  4. Advertisement Creation: Create engaging advertisements for vehicles, incorporating high-quality images.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support in the office.
What We Offer

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum. A valid Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points is required. If you're passionate about cars and have excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
