Vehicle Maintenance Specialist Position

Igloo is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to work on various aspects of vehicle maintenance. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £42,000 per year and a permanent contract. You will be working a standard 7am-5pm weekday schedule, with 7am-12pm Saturday shifts, and an estimated 2/4 overtime Saturdays per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake pad replacements, tyre checks, and oil filter changes
- Carry out minor electrical repairs and diagnose issues with vehicles
- Conduct inspections and assessments of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards
We require candidates with a strong background in mechanics, a valid NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and a positive attitude.
