Xact Placements Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to support the marketing team by following up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns, including exhibitions, email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data is current and complete.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on interactions with leads.
- Stay updated on company products/services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Confidence to proficiently use CRM software and other marketing tools.
- Confidence to learn basic understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
