Production Engineering Lead

CV Library is seeking a Production Engineering Lead to join their team in Northampton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing new part introduction (NPI) for prototype and production projects with short lead times.
You will produce CNC programs for 4 & 5 axis machines and multi-axis turn-mills using Siemens NX & Vericut and develop CNC grinding programs for a variety of grinding machines. You will also create and define manufacturing routings and Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce CNC programs for 4 & 5 axis machines and multi-axis turn-mills using Siemens NX & Vericut.
- Develop CNC grinding programs for a variety of grinding machines.
- Manage new part introduction (NPI) for prototype and production projects with short lead times.
- Create and define manufacturing routings and Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP ERP.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in machining and programming complex components, ideally within the automotive or aerospace industry.
- Proficient in Siemens NX CAD/CAM system and Vericut simulation software.
