Factory Manager - General Manufacturing - £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits

OUR CLIENT
Is a leading manufacturing enterprise with a diverse portfolio of products. Their facility requires a Factory Manager to oversee the entire operational process.

THE ROLE
The position will have full responsibility for the Manufacturing, Engineering, and SHE aspects of the operation, amounting to approximately 15 personnel. These areas include hygiene, preventative maintenance, recipe control, and other critical functions. It is essential that all plans relating to these areas are adhered to stringently, as any non-conformance can have a significant impact on the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process and subsequent customer satisfaction.

THE PERSON
You will be an experienced manufacturing Operations professional who can learn new technically challenging manufacturing processes. The area of manufacturing your experience has been gained in would ideally be from an automated process involving PLC controlled equipment, for example, Chemicals, Building products, Food, and other related industries.
