Role Overview:
Care and rehabilitation services for vulnerable individuals in a secure setting require skilled professionals. Compass Associates collaborates with a leading healthcare provider to deliver critical care and rehabilitation services.
As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessments, risk management, group facilitation, and advocacy for service users, helping them create viable plans for their future. You will report to the Safeguarding Lead, overseeing internal investigations and coordinating with local authorities during admission and discharge processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
