About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Level 3 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing new parts into current manufacturing processes, including documentation, tooling, equipment, and procedures. They will also maintain current and fix legacy-manufacturing environment, work as a member of a multifunctional team, and support the business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, or relevant working experience. They will have 3+ years of experience working within manufacturing engineering teams within a production environment, and be results-orientated with a flexible approach to working to meet project deadlines.

They will also have experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (DMAIC), and be able to self-prioritise work packages within a dynamic, agile NPI Environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience in the use of 3D Drawing packages are also essential.

The successful candidate will be aware of glass machining and polishing, thin film coating, machining of metals, painting, powder coating, plating, and conversion coating, and have a working knowledge of the latest manufacturing philosophies.
