Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

At OLYMPUS EUROPA SE & CO. KG, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of our medical devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on manufacturing process requirements and improvements.
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of production On Time Delivery and Operational equipment effectiveness.
  • Design, plan, and commission production line layouts/cells/equipment to achieve Operational improvements and Efficient output.
  • Collect and review manufacturing data to support continuous improvement activities.
  • Review and update manufacturing documentation as required.
  • Conduct health & safety, COSHH, PUWER risk assessments.
  • Participate in Projects, Continuous Improvement activities, Training, Quality investigations, and supplier selection.
Requirements:
  • HND or HNC in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques & QCD targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant design software tools.
  • Ability to Interpret Engineering Drawings.
