Job Title: Corporate Risk Solutions Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Risk Solutions Relationship Manager to join our team at M&G plc. As a key member of our Corporate Risk Solutions division, you will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are executed in a sustainable and scalable manner, while also managing post-execution activities for selected transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the execution of contracts related to Corporate Risk Solutions transactions.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide operational expertise to the CRS Solutions Director in relation to contract clauses.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties, including Trustees and Reinsurers, as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to Corporate Risk Solutions transactions, ensuring the quality of external deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and assumptions related to calculations.
  • Operational Model Development: Design and implement an operating model for Reinsurance contracts, incorporating appropriate controls.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Management Information: Provide relevant data to governance forums to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial Services and Insurance knowledge, particularly in defined benefit pension de-risking, with profits, reinsurance, and investment solutions.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver contractual obligations.
  • Passion for customer-centricity.
  • Pension technical knowledge.
  • Effective written and presentation skills.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and discretion.
