Reliable Contractors Limited is seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a major infrastructure project at the Hinckley Point C Nuclear Power Station. As a Groundworker with our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a flagship project with a top main contractor, offering career development and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform groundworks tasks, including concrete works and manual handling
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
  • Participate in training and upskilling programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Monday to Friday, flat rate for first 39 hours, time and a half thereafter
  • Lodge or mileage paid depending on distance
  • Pension scheme
  • Training and upskilling paid for
  • Safe working environment
  • Free PPE
  • Secure regular income

Weekend Availability:

  • Saturday: first 4 hours' time and a half, after 4 hours double time
  • Sunday: double time

Requirements:

  • Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Groundworker
  • Good general understanding of Concrete Works
  • CSCS Blue Card
  • Manual handling
