Steel Fixer Role Overview

Reliable Contractors Limited is seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to join our team on the Hinckley Point C Nuclear Power Station project. As a Steel Fixer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of steel fixings on this major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Install steel fixings in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other trades to ensure a smooth construction process
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to site regulations

What We Offer:
•⁠ ⁠Competitive hourly rate of £22.50-£25.00
•⁠ ⁠Monday-Friday flat rate, with time and a half after 39 hours
•⁠ ⁠Lodge or mileage paid depending on distance
•⁠ ⁠Pension and training provided
•⁠ ⁠Safe working environment and free PPE

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠CSCS Blue Card
•⁠ ⁠Manual handling skills
•⁠ ⁠Full understanding of steel fixing responsibilities and large-scale construction
