Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Compressed Air Systems Engineer to join their team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance and installation work on compressed air systems.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining compressed air systems, including Air Compressors, Control Systems, Pipework, and Air treatment Controls. They will perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various compressed air equipment, liaise with engineering departments, and maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and installation of compressed air systems
  • Emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs
  • Liaison with engineering departments
  • Maintenance of professional working relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in maintaining compressed air systems essential
  • Level 3 in a mechanical/electrical engineering discipline preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work unsociable hours due to the nature of the job
  • Full driving licence
  • Within commutable distance of the Bradford, Bury, Chester, or Manchester depot
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at £42,750 per annum, with the potential for overtime pay and bonuses. The company offers a competitive package, including:

  • Holiday package: 22 days + 8 bank holidays
  • Pension contribution up to 5% matched
  • Company healthcare scheme for employee and family
  • Call out: 1 in every 5 weeks, paid at overtime and with retainer
