A Construction Design Compliance consultancy is seeking a highly skilled CDM Consultant to join their team. This role offers a unique blend of project management and design expertise, providing a challenging and rewarding experience for the right candidate.

The Job Description

As Principal Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of projects, working closely with clients to ensure compliance with design regulations. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping to drive business success.

The Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
