Role Overview:

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate site engineering control activities and provide information to operatives and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed project plans and timelines.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the project management team to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve site efficiency.
