Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Corby. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in maximising our growth potential.

About the Role:

  • Working closely with our marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification.
  • Outbound cold calls and emails by data (i.e. LinkedIn) and support the sales team with customer mapping activities.
  • Routing qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects and updating the CRM (SalesForce) accordingly.
  • Interacting with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after-sale services required.

Requirements:

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Have proven success within a telesales, B2B environment.
