Customer Service Specialist

About the RoleThis broad role will focus on ensuring we deliver outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include accurately scheduling appointments, supporting engineers on site, and taking full responsibility for all issues that arise.
What You'll Need- You'll be an outgoing individual with a strong passion for building relationships with customers.
- A strong understanding of how to provide a great customer experience through written and verbal communication methods is essential.
- Basic computer knowledge - including emails, word processing, and Google Suite familiarity - is advantageous but not required.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
