Job Title: Avionics System Technician

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Avionics System Technician to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As an Aircraft Fitter I, you will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures under supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform or assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft systems and structures
  • Communicate with certifying staff to receive and understand work assignments
  • Properly complete CMP cards, work order sign-offs, and other paperwork in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work accomplished meets quality standards and specifications
  • Use material tracking system to create parts demand and charge labor to Work Orders, items, and squawks

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education with GSE Grade C or above in English, Mathematics
  • Recognised Aviation industry approved apprenticeship required

Additional Information:

Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position. This role is full-time, with up to 25% travel. The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
