As an Experience Creator, you'll be the face of Activate, welcoming guests into our venue with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Your role will encompass various areas of the venue, from reception to party hosting, ensuring games operate smoothly and maintaining high standards of housekeeping. You'll also be responsible for conducting safety briefings, handling cash and card transactions, and escalating any incidents or complaints to your manager.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is charismatic, enthusiastic, and has a positive attitude, with a strong ability to interact with guests and create a memorable experience.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a flexible employee, you'll work a minimum of two shifts weekly on a rotating schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
