About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flex Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Flex Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and driving business performance in four key areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's performance and ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Coach, train, and engage your team to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient restaurant operation.
  • Run the shop floor to a high standard, providing an exceptional customer experience.
