Our client offers a complete service, from full in-house design and specification support, through to operations and site installation. The ideal candidate will be integral to the business in the future, with values aligning with ours, including integrity, trust, innovation, and accountability.
The successful candidate will join a business that has recently invested significantly in a state-of-the-art facility. Remuneration will depend on experience and will be flexed to attract a suitable candidate. There will be a bonus structure agreed and an opportunity for career path to become a Senior Commercial Manager in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full tender process from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with site teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project financials and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct site visits and lead team meetings to drive project progress.
- Implement Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and maximize profit margins.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction or fabrication sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
