About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our Oxford Street store during the busy festive period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
  • Become an ambassador for our products, offering expert knowledge and recommendations to customers, and taking them on a journey to their perfect purchase.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate the till, provide front-facing customer service, and perform day-to-day activities such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, and stock management.
  • Host in-store and on-the-street tastings to promote our Whittard product line.
