As a Christmas Sales Associate at Whittard Trading Ltd, you'll be part of a festive story that's been unfolding for over 137 years. A Day in the Life
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a sense of wonder.
  • Become an ambassador for our products, sharing your knowledge and passion with customers to help them find their perfect purchase.
  • Work towards and achieve daily sales targets, contributing to the success of our Regent Street store.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere, making every customer feel special.
  • Operate the till, handle customer transactions, and provide front-facing service with a smile.
  • Participate in day-to-day activities such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, stock management, and depositing money at the bank.
  • Host in-store and on-the-street tastings to promote our Whittard product line and create memorable experiences for customers.
