Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences, working closely with the back of house team.
- Manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish strong relationships with school administrators, faculty, and staff.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate catering staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
- Ability to manage, train, and support a team, with a focus on developing strong relationships.
- Financial acumen, with experience in creating and maintaining budgets and driving commercial performance.
- Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous organizational abilities, with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Empathetic and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
