Engineer for Production Equipment

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Engineering team at a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. This will involve working closely with other engineers and technicians to identify and resolve issues, and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices, and will be able to apply this knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating Power Press/CNC Machines
- Performing reactive and preventative maintenance on all machinery and systems
- Ensuring the quality of production using SPC and following written SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and RA (Risk Assessments)
- Achieving set volume production targets
