We are seeking a highly skilled Production Maintenance Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Crewe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your duties will include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize production losses.
  • Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and calibrated to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
