Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including ledgers and spreadsheets
  • Monitor and chase overdue payments, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash allocation and missing funds, collaborating with the credit control supervisor
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues
  • Prepare and send mail merge chase letters, Direct Debit collection files, and final accounts
