Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading civil engineering main contractor, is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the South West of England.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This will involve:

  • Managing a team of 9 commercial professionals
  • Preparing and presenting monthly commercial performance reports to board members
  • Developing strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with NEC3, JCT, and ICC contracts
  • Preparing and managing commercial reports, including CVRs, CFS, KPIs, and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing commercial teams and ensuring successful project delivery
