About Smiggle
Smiggle is a leading retailer of stationery and fun products, with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Supervisor in our Poole store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a leadership role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Results-focused and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and create an engaging shopping environment.
