Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in the visual merchandising of the store to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Results-focused and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and create an engaging shopping environment.
