Special Education Needs English Teacher

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding rated school. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching English to students with Special Education Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:- Teach English to students with SEN, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Evidence of in-service training in teaching SEN students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fixed Term contract until the end of December 2024.
- 40 hours per week.
- M1 UPS2 salary scale: £157.91 to £236.16 per day.
