Special Educational Needs Support Specialist

Zest Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).
Your responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in delivering personalized learning experiences, fostering child development, and ensuring the well-being and safety of all students. You will work closely with small groups and individual students, encouraging inclusion and helping them reach their full potential.
To be considered for this rewarding role, you must possess a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification. Previous experience in supporting individuals with special educational needs or in a similar educational setting is advantageous.
