About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Ohm Systems. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles, including Engineering Operations and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various platforms and networks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and external candidates.
  • Manage multiple recruitment priorities and maintain organized workflows to ensure timely and successful recruitment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 35 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates across various platforms and networks.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized workflows.
  • Experience in recruiting for Engineering roles, with a strong understanding of the industry and its requirements.
