Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter to join our team at Ohm Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing candidates for various roles, including Engineering Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities:

* Source candidates across multiple platforms for different roles, including Engineering Operations and Finance
* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR, and external candidates
* Manage multiple recruitment priorities and maintain organized workflows
* Ensure successful recruitment for Engineering roles

Requirements:

* 35 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
* Proficiency in sourcing candidates across various platforms
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience in recruiting for Engineering roles
