Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to students with SEN, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

  • Offer one-on-one and small group interventions tailored to each student's needs.
  • Help manage behaviours and create a calm, structured environment for all students.
  • Monitor and document student progress, contributing to personalised support plans.

Requirements:

  • Have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN); experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when working with students with SEN.
  • Be adaptable and able to work effectively in different classroom settings, providing flexible support based on individual student requirements.
  • Possess a strong commitment to promoting the inclusion and independence of students with SEN.
