As an SEN Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a supportive environment where students with SEN can thrive. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with SEN, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN); experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when working with students with SEN.
- Be adaptable and able to work effectively in different classroom settings, providing flexible support based on individual student requirements.
- Possess a strong commitment to promoting the inclusion and independence of students with SEN.
