As a Business Affairs & Rights Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Cineflix Rights department. Your main tasks will include interpreting deal memos, performing rights and conflict checks, and preparing sales licenses contracts.

Job Description
This full-time position requires a highly organized individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with the production, sales, finance, and legal teams to administer production rights, sales licenses, and distribution agreements. Your attention to detail and ability to think logically will be essential in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering production rights, sales licenses, and distribution agreements across multiple territories.
  • Assisting the Sales Team in generating availability reports and providing updated avails information at key milestones.
  • Working closely with the marketing departments to ensure the necessary rights and program information are available for CR's launch and market schedules.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar field, with a strong background in database management and Microsoft Office applications. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for success in this position.
