Childcare Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Little Adventures Nursery Dudley. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
About the Role- Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and the delivery of exceptional childcare.
- Oversee the management of office procedures and ensure the effective running of the nursery.
- Promote the nursery's good name through word of mouth, media, open days, and events.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the nursery.
- Knowledge and experience of working with children.
- Understanding of legislation and regulations relating to education and care of young children.
- Experience of managing, supervising, and appraising staff.
- Commitment to equal opportunities for all children and families.
- Safer Recruitment training.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene (desirable).
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (desirable).
