Nursery Manager Opportunity at Little Adventures

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at Little Adventures Nursery Dudley. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursery and ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care and education.

About the Role
  • Lead the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare and education, exceeding parents' expectations and achieving outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring that all office procedures are managed effectively and that the nursery's good name is promoted through word of mouth, media, open days, and events.
  • Be the designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring that all children receive the highest possible standard of care and professional practice.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations relating to education and care of young children.
  • Experience of managing, supervising, and appraising staff.
  • Commitment to equal opportunities for all children and families.
  • Safer Recruitment training and Enhanced DBS.
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (desirable).
