Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's name and contributing to the success of our Electrical Wholesaler branch in the Wolverhampton area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop both existing and new business through the delivery of excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service, including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to the success of the branch by promoting the company's name and values.

Requirements:

  • Electrical wholesale background with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent sales skills and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide high levels of service at all times.
  • Electrical product knowledge with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
