We are a leading organization in the field of customer success, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. Based on the UK market and our company's reputation, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Salary

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Account Development Representative with our esteemed organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining effective communication with accounts, actively engaging with clients, and fostering long-lasting relationships through telephone interactions. They will also lead generation and prospect verification – appointment making, if applicable, for field sales managers, and promote all aspects of SITECH technology, warranties, customer service agreements, etc., becoming the customer's Account Manager; suggest SITECH support services relevant to their needs and assist personally where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organisation, verbal and written communication skills. Innovative thinking coupled with creative analytical skills are also essential. PC skills are necessary, particularly proficiency in the MS Office package, as well as the ability to learn new systems. A professional telephone manner is vital, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment is highly desirable. Additionally, sales orientated individuals with experience within a sales environment would be advantageous, as would telephone experience. Experience in similar roles such as Customer Success or Account Management is highly beneficial.
