As a First Line Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by our clients, including Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, printers, and scanners.
  • Administer Windows Server 2016 and 2019, as well as network troubleshooting.
  • Log and respond to support tickets using our PSA platform.
  • Identify and escalate higher-level issues to senior engineers.
  • Deliver support in a friendly and positive manner, utilizing excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Passion for technology and self-development.
  • Experience working for a managed service provider.
  • Knowledge of Autotask RMM or PSA.
