Nurse Practitioner

Leonard Cheshire is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Newlands House, a residential care home for individuals with physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, promoting independence and choice.
- Lead a team of support staff, ensuring the smooth management of shifts and prioritizing tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent care and support services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Participate in on-call rota and work flexibly within rostered hours.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Thorough knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at a qualified nurse level (level 5).
- Ability to demonstrate effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
