About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bingo Rewards Executive to join our esteemed High-Value & Loyal Customer Division at Rank Interactive. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting the Rewards Team Manager, and driving revenue through exceptional customer service and targeted marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture customer relationships and promote safer gambling practices
  • Organize hospitality events and implement targeted marketing strategies
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and account messaging
  • Monitor customer spending and adhere to regulatory guidelines
  • Build strong rapport with players to identify concerns and opportunities for growth
  • Handle daily player feedback, manage investigations and escalations, and collaborate with key departments
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Proven knowledge and/or experience of gaming/bingo
  • Knowledge of customer service and retention
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage and host a group of customers in person
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with the drive to work independently
  • Outgoing personality with a 'can do' attitude
