Cost Management Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Planning and Estimation: Develop and implement cost plans and estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
- Cost Management: Manage and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential risks and variances.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular cost reports to clients, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered status (RICS or similar) and a degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
