Job Description: IT Support Team Lead Specialist

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of IT Support Team Lead Specialist. This position is based in Ipswich, Suffolk and requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and leadership skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Service Desk team, managing and troubleshooting IT Infrastructure, overseeing MSP/3rd party vendor relationships, and acting as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Desk team with technical expertise.
  • Manage and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware – this should include Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Oversee MSP/3rd party vendor relationships.
  • Act as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.
  • Ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
  • Influence infrastructure design and configuration.
  • Deliver Infrastructure and Business Change projects.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as basic salary + bonus, LA, healthcare, etc. The role also offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.
