HR Specialist Role at BSI

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at BSI, a leading global business standards company. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business areas and providing HR advice, guidance, and support to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and stakeholders on employment laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and partner with Line Managers to implement HR initiatives and projects.
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to provide HR support and guidance to our business areas.
Requirements:
  • Relevant HR experience, ideally in a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in HR systems and data analysis.
