As a Site Services Engineer at Synergi Recruitment, you will oversee Planned Maintenance and ensure standards are met. Diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting proactive and planned maintenance on high-speed food production machinery.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the engineering & production team to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Applying knowledge and experience of maintenance in a fast-paced food environment.
Ideal Background:
  • Proven experience in food manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in site services or similar roles.
  • Qualified in both electrical and mechanical engineering practices (minimum Level 3 in both).
  • Proven track record of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
