Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Gardener to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful gardens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and be able to lead a team of gardeners to achieve high standards of gardening excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of gardeners to maintain and improve the gardens
• Plan and implement gardening projects to enhance the beauty and biodiversity of the gardens
• Use a range of gardening equipment, including ride-on mowers, hedge cutters, and strimmers
• Work closely with the Estate Manager to ensure the gardens are maintained to the highest standards
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of gardeners to achieve high standards of gardening excellence

Requirements:

• Strong background in horticulture and gardening
• Leadership and management experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Reliable and trustworthy
